Educational Service
MaxLab provides an educational personal appearance analysis report. MaxLab does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, or surgical advice.
Photo Permission
You must upload your own photo or a photo you have permission to submit. You may not upload photos of another person without authorization.
Delivery Timing
Reports are manually prepared and usually delivered within 1-2 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during high order volume.
Refund Policy
Because each completed report is manually prepared and personalized, completed reports are generally non-refundable. Payment or delivery issues can be reviewed by support.
Prohibited Misuse
You may not use MaxLab to harass, impersonate, exploit, or evaluate another person without consent.
Limitation of Liability
MaxLab is provided as-is for educational purposes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MaxLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
